Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO military addresses. If you are in one of those places and you want Lumina, email hello@reflorealabs.com and we will tell you as soon as we can reach you.

What shipping costs

• Feel It, 1 bottle: $8.95.
• See It, 2 bottles: free.
• See It Clearly, 3 bottles: free.

Shipping is free on any order of two bottles or more. The per-night price shown on the product page already includes shipping.

When your order ships

Lumina is made in single production runs. Batch 001 is ready, and ordering is open.

We pack your parcel and hand it to the carrier as quickly as we can, and you get a tracking link by email the day it goes out. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 days. If your order is ever going to be late, you hear it from us first, with the reason.

What arrives in your inbox

An order confirmation the moment you order. A shipping email with your tracking link the day the parcel leaves. And, if your plan includes it, the Companion: a short series of emails timed to your delivery, with the routine, what to expect week by week, and how to take the photos that let you judge Lumina for yourself. One click stops the Companion at any time; your order and your guarantee are not affected.

Tracking and delivery

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery time is up to them. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and wrong or incomplete addresses all affect it, and none of those are things we control. Please check your address before you order. If you spot a mistake after ordering, reply to your confirmation email right away and we will correct it if the parcel has not left yet.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email hello@reflorealabs.com and we will sort it out. Our return and refund terms are in our Refund Policy.
