Shipping Policy

We ship within the continental United States only - the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO military addresses. If you are in one of those places and you want Lumina, email hello@reflorealabs.com and we will let you know as soon as we can reach you.

What shipping costs

• The Trial, 1 bottle: $8.95.
• The Protocol, 2 bottles: free.
• The Full Course, 3 bottles: free.

Shipping is free on any order of two bottles or more. The per-night price shown on the product page already includes shipping.

When Batch 001 ships

Lumina is made in single production runs. Batch 001 has not shipped yet.

We are not going to give you a dispatch date we cannot keep. Here is what happens instead. We email you when Batch 001 is ready, and once more on the day your order goes out, with a tracking link. Those are the only two emails about your order that you will get from us.

If you are on the waitlist, you have not been charged and you are not committed to anything.

Tracking and delivery

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery time is up to them. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and wrong or incomplete addresses all affect it, and none of those are things we control. Please check your address before you order.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email hello@reflorealabs.com and we will sort it out. Our return and refund terms are in our Refund Policy.
